地方高校转型发展与辅导员思政工作开展的若干思考——以黔南民族师范学院为例

摘　　要：地方高校转型发展是地方经济社会发展的必然选择,辅导员思政工作在高校转型发展中是基础性和关键性的工作,工作重心转向培养应用型人才。本文以黔南民族师范学院为例介绍了地方高校转型发展的相关理论,对辅导员思政工作的指导思想以及路径选择进行了相关的思考。The transformation and development of local col-leges and universities is the inevitable choice of local economic and social development, while counselors＇ ideological and po-litical work is the basic and crucial part in the process, and it is shifting to the cultivation of applied talents. Taking Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities as the example, this paper introduces the theory of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, and discusses the guiding thoughts and ways of counselors＇ ideological and political work.
