摘　　要：高职金融管理专业由于覆盖面广、内容体系复杂而使得各院校教学中普遍存在着教不透、教不活、用不好的被动局面。文章针对这一现实困境提出了"分方向、分层次"的人才培养模式,并以安徽国际商务职业学院金融管理专业为例介绍了"分方向、分层次"人才培养方式的基本设计思路和实施保障,以期为探索中的金融类专业教学改革提供参考。Due to the complexity of content and large coverage, Financial Management is not taught well in higher vocational colleges. This paper proposes the ＂directional and hierarchical＂ mode of talent training, and introduces the basic design ideas and implementation guarantees of the mode in Anhui Institute of International Business as an example, so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of financial specialty.
