摘　　要：为满足企业对学生职业素养及可持续发展能力的要求,黄冈职业技术学院自2013年,就积极在实践教学场所推行8S现场管理,增强学生职业素养,使得学校培养的高素质技能人才与企业接轨,快速适应企业先进、高效、安全的生产管理,效果良好。In order to meet the requirements of students＇ professional quality and the sustainable development ability of enterprises, Huanggang Polytechnic College since 2013, positive in the practice teaching sites implementation 8s on-site management, enhancing the students＇ professional quality, making the school culture of high skilled personnel and enterprise standards, to quickly adapt to the advanced enterprises, high efficiency and safety production management, the effect is good.
