舒肝方加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝方加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将70例抑郁症患者随机分为2组。治疗组35例应用舒肝方加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,对照组35例单纯应用草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗。2组均28 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化,比较疗效。结果 2组治疗后HAMD、SDS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后HAMD、SDS评分均较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率88.2%,对照组76.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论舒肝方加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症,能明显降低患者HAMD、SDS评分,改善患者抑郁症状,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Shugan formula combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets on the treatment of depression. Methods 70 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in treatment group were treated by modified Shugan formula combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets,and 35 cases in control group were treated by escitalopram oxalate tablets only,continuously treatment for 28 d.The Hamilton＇s Depression Scale（ HAMD） and Self- Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） before and after treatment were evaluated in two groups. Results The scores of HAMD and SDS after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〉0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment was more significantly（ P〉0. 05）. The total effective rate in treatment group（ 88. 2%） was superior to that in control group（ 76. 5%,P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Shugan formula combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets can effectively decrease the scores of HAMD and SDS,improve the symptoms in patients with depression,has exact curative effects.
