摘 要:小微企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,对经济的发展发挥着重要的作用。甘肃作为经济欠发达地区,发展小微企业显得更为重要,但甘肃小微企业的发展存在诸多问题,尤其以知识型员工的流失更为严重,严重阻碍了企业的发展,调查发现甘肃小微企业存在人力资源管理意识淡薄、企业文化薄弱、人力资源管理制度不健全、人员流动频繁和知识型人员管理困难等问题,提出采取树立良好的人才观,健全先进完善的公司制度,建立优秀的企业文化,做好员工的职业规划和建立合理的薪酬管理办法等措施走出困境,帮助甘肃小微企业发展。Small and micro enterprises play an important role in the development of China's economy. Developing small and micro enterprises in less developed areas is more important,but there are many existing problems especially the loss of intelligent staff is more serious,which seriously hinders the development of enterprises. The paper makes a case study of small and micro enterprises in Gansu Province,the survey finds that there is weak consciousness of human resources management,poor enterprise culture,unsound human resources management system,frequent movement of personnel and difficult knowledge-type staff management. Based on the above,the paper proposes the following countermeasures: establishing good outlook on talents,perfecting advanced and perfect company system,establishing excellent enterprise culture,planning staff career,establishing reasonable salary management and so on. Such measures are put forward to help small and micro enterprises in less developed areas walk out of predicament.
