血管内介入栓塞治疗脑血管畸形的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探究血管内介入栓塞治疗脑血管畸形的效果。方法 选取2012年2月~2015年2月我院收治的脑血管畸形患者60例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施切除畸形血管手术的治疗方法,观察组采取血管内介入栓塞的治疗方法。对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生情况以及治疗后的恢复情况。结果 与对照组比较,观察组患者的手术时间较短,术中出血量较少,并发症发生率较低,治疗后的恢复情况较好（P〈0.05）。结论 血管内介入栓塞治疗脑血管畸形能够改善患者的手术指标,减少并发症,值得推广借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of intravascular interventional embolization in the treatment of cerebral vas- cular malformation.Methods 60 cases with cerebral vascular malformation treated by our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group （n=30） and Obser- vation group （n=30）.Control group was given the treatment of abnormal vascular surgery,and observation group was treated by intravascular interventional embolization.The operation time,blood loss during operation,incidence of compli- cation and recovery after treatment between two groups was compared respectively.Results Compared with control group,the operation time was shorter,blood loss during operation was fewer,incidence rate of complication was lower and recovery after treatment was better in observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intravascular interventional embolization in the treatment of cerebral vascular malformation can improve the operation index of patients,reduce the complication, it is worthy of promotion and reference.
