摘  要:以对叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料,通过缩合反应制备对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃(H4L),并利用红外光谱对其进行表征。将制备的对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃修饰在碳糊电极上得到了用于检测铜离子的电化学传感器,通过循环伏安法研究了铜离子在该修饰电极上的电化学特性。在0.1 mol/L的氨性缓冲溶液(p H=10.66)中,铜离子在该修饰电极上于-0.167 V处产生1个灵敏的阳极溶出峰,铜离子在该电极上的阳极溶出峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10^(-7)~2.5×10^(-4)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.996 7,检出限为1.33×10^(-8)mol/L。通过国家标准方法检测实际水样,未检测到铜离子。配制3个不同浓度的模拟水样进行加标回收实验,结果令人满意。A p-tert-butyl-calix [4] arene is prepared by condensation reaction with tert-butyl phenol and formaldehyde as raw materials and characterized by infrared spectrum. Then the obtained p-tert-butyl-calix [4] arene is used to modify the surface of a carbon paste electrode to prepare an electrochemical sensor for Cu^(2+). The electrochemical characteristics of Cu^(2+)on the modified electrode are studied by cyclic voltammetry. In 0. 1 mol / L of ammoniacal buffer medium with 10. 66 of p H,there is a sharp anodic stripping peak at- 0. 167 V. A good Linear correlation relationship between peak current and concentration of Cu^(2+)can be observed in the range of 1. 0 × 10^(-7)- 2. 5 × 10^(-4)mol / L. The correlation coefficient is 0. 996 7. The limit of detection is 1. 33 × 10^(-8)mol / L. The concentration values in real water samples are determined by the national standard method. No CV response corresponding to Cu^(2+)is observed,when the real water samples are analyzed. The standard-addition method is also adopted to estimate the recovery effect.
