摘 要:满载中型货车在连续长下坡行驶过程中,需要采取频繁制动来保证行车安全,往往面临制动性能热衰退的现象,严重时甚至会出现制动失效。本文基于满载中型货车台架试验,模拟满载中型货车长下坡路段的制动过程,采集不同初始速度下制动过程的摩擦片表面、制动蹄顶部及制动蹄内侧制动器三个位置的温度变化过程详细数据,运用Table Curve3D软件将试验数据进行拟合分析,得出了长下坡路段满载中型货车制动片热衰退变化趋势,得到了长下坡路段满载中型货车制动器制动热衰退的拟合模型,运用模型对满载中型货车的制动器制动衰退率大于25%时,及时的进行预警,防止制动失效引发交通事故。When running in continuous long downhill road, full load medium-sized trucks need frequent braking to ensure safety, often causing braking performance hot recession phenomenon and even brake failure. Based on the full load medium-sized truck bench test, this paper simulates the braking process of full load medium-sized truck on long downhill road. By collecting the temperature variation process data of the friction surface, brake shoe top and the inside brake of the brake shoe under different initial speed, using Table Curve3D software for fitting analysis of experimental data, the full load medium-sized truck arrester hot recession variation trend on long downhill road is concluded, and the full load medium-sized truck arrester hot recession fitting model on long downhill road the long downhill road is obtained. By this model, when the full load medium-sized truck arrester hot recession rate is more than 25%, it will send warning signal so as to prevent braking failure and traffic accidents.
