摘 要:本文以环球公司的仓储系统为研究对象,发现各作业区域布置散乱,未考虑原材料和产品的出入库流程,造成搬运路线迂回以及人员无序移动。针对此现状,运用SLP方法对仓储系统中各作业区域间的物流和非物流关系进行相关性分析,得到作业区域位置和面积相关图,最终得到优化的布置方案,提高整体物流运行速率,高效地对外界进行服务。In this paper, taking the storage system of Huanqiu Company as the research object, it is found that the work area is scattered, without considering the out of storage process of raw materials and products, resulting in the transportation route detour and personnel disorderly movement. Aiming at this situation, this paper uses the SLP method to analyze the relationship between the logistics and non-logistics of each working area in the storage system, and gets the working area position correlation diagram and area correlation diagram, and finally gets the optimal layout scheme, to improve the overall logistics operation rate, and efficient service to the outside world.
