摘  要:在自制罐式反应器内,对高酸值油脂进行循环甲酯化反应研究,探索最佳酯化工艺条件;最佳工艺条件下,对3种不同高酸值油脂原料进行酯化效果验证。结果表明:罐式反应器可实现液相和气液循环交替反应,缩短反应时间,显著提高反应效率;罐式反应器中循环酯化的最佳工艺条件为浓硫酸为催化剂、催化剂用量为油脂质量的0.2%、醇油摩尔比8∶1、反应温度65℃、反应时间5 h、循环流量55 m L/min,在最佳工艺条件下酯化产物酸值(KOH)降至2.6 mg/g,满足油脂酯交换反应原料的酸值(KOH)小于4.0 mg/g要求,具有推广应用价值。The cyclic esterification in preparation of biodiesel from high acid value oil was studied in self- made tank reactor to obtain the optimal esterification conditions. The cyclic esterification effects of three different high acid value oils were verified under the optimal conditions. The results showed that the liquid and gas -liquid phase cyclic reactions could be realized in the tank reactor. The reaction time shortened and the reaction efficiency significantly improved. The optimal cyclic esterification conditions in tank reactor were obtained as follows: concentrated sulfuric acid used as catalyst, dosage of catalyst 0.2% (based on the mass of oil), molar ratio of methanol to high acid value oil 8: 1, reaction temperature 65 ℃, reaction time 5 h and cyclic flow rate 55 mL/min. Under these conditions, the acid value of esterified product decreased to 2.6 mgKOH/g, which satisfied the transesterification requirement for raw materia (less than 4.0 mgKOH/g). The research had application value.
