摘  要:在以脱脂米糠为原料提取肌醇的工艺中,用离子交换树脂吸附植酸,再用NaOH溶液洗脱,得到植酸钠溶液,采用植酸酶阳离子激活提高酶活后催化植酸钠水解,获得肌醇溶液。对肌醇溶液采用离子交换树脂净化,既可淡化产品颜色,又能有效去除各种杂质离子。研究表明,用阶梯式阳、阴、阴、混合树脂柱进行离子交换,净化效果理想,树脂再生易行。交换液的流速为300~400mL/min。In the process of extracting inositol with defatted rice bran as raw material, phytic acid was ad- sorbed by ion exchange resin, and then eluted by NaOH solution to obtain sodium phytate solution. The inositol solution was obtained through the catalyzed hydrolysis of sodium phytate after improving and activating the enzyme activity of phytase by cation. The purification process of inositol by ion exchange resin could dilute the color of the product and effectively remove many impurity ions. The experiment study showed that the use of ladder cation, anion, anion, mixed resin column for the ion exchange was beneficial to purification results and resin regeneration. The flow rate of the exchange fluid was 300 -400 mL/min.
