摘  要:生物固氮肥是一种生物菌肥,施用后可以增加土壤中的氮素,能提高土壤肥力。该研究以7种苏麻种子为原料,观察苏麻栽培过程中生物固氮肥的应用效果。结果表明:施用生物固氮肥后产量及单株生物量与空白对比都具有显著差异,除此之外,苏麻种子中硬脂酸、棕榈酸、亚麻酸、亚油酸、含油率与对照相比均无显著差异。Biological azotobacter fertilizer is a kind of bio-bacterial fertilizer,it can increase of nitrogen in the soil and improve soil fertility. With seven kinds of Suma( Perilla frutescens Britt.var.frutescens) seeds as raw material,the application effects of biological azotobacter fertilizer on the Suma cultivation have been observed. The results show that seven kinds of Suma seed yield and bio-mass have been significantly( P 0.05) increasd. In addition compared to the controls Suma seeds,the quantities of stearic acid,palmitic acid,linolenic acid,linolenic acid,linoleic acid and oil contents in the trial Suma seeds were no significent difference.
