摘 要:牛乳体细胞数量是衡量奶牛生理健康状况的重要指标,高体细胞数直接指证奶牛的乳腺患有炎症性疾病。患炎症奶牛所产的牛乳不仅营养成分含量偏低,而且人们误饮后甚至会引发群体性食物中毒,直接威胁饮用者的安全和健康。对牛乳体细胞数进行检测,可以及时发现有炎症的奶牛,进而从源头上保障牛乳的品质。介绍了关于牛乳体细胞数的主要检测方法,并对这些方法的特点进行了分类汇总,进而对这些方法的发展和应用进行了总结和展望。Somatic cell count(SCC) is an important indicator for cow physiological health, and a high level of SCC directly indicates the milk cows have inflammatory disease of the breast. The milk by inflammatory cow has lowered nutritional contents than normal, and may result in mass food poisoning and even threat on the safety and health of the drinker. Detecting SCC is an efficient method to find whether the cow suffers from mastitis to guarantee the quality of the milk. The main detection methods for SCC were introduced and summarized, and their development and application were discussed also.
