摘　　要：东南大学成贤学院对化工专业的培养方案和课程体系进行了探索和改革,以应用型人才培养模式为核心,以教学方式方法改革为手段,以产学研用为根本,以教师团队建设为基础,以期培养具备较全面的专业基础理论知识、良好的工程应用能力和职业素养,适应产业转型升级需要的化工专业应用型人才。The paper mainly discusses the reform and practice on the training plan and curriculum system in the Department of Chemical Engineering of Chengxian College in Southeast University.Applied talents as core,the way of teaching as means,industry application as foundation and teaching team construction as basis we expect to cultivate applied talents in Chemistry Engineering and Technology who have basic comprehensive and professional theoretical knowledge,good engineering application ability and professional quality in order to meet the need of industry transformation and upgrading.
