摘  要:基于信息技术和人工神经网络方法建立教师三维能力结构提升与化学制药学科有效整合的创新人才培养新模式,结果表明该模式一方面可促进教师在"教"的过程中不断地自我学习提高、自我进步和自我训练提升;另一方面可有效促进学生在"学"的过程中不断获得新知识、提升综合素质和培养创新能力,是一种师生互动、教学相长的教育教学新模式,可达到促进师生协同进步终生学习获得新知识的创新教育目的。这种模式也必将为其他学科有效整合和提升教师"三维能力结构",促进创新人才培养提供有益的参考和指导。Based on information technology and artificial neural network method the talents cultivating mode with innovation ability was established by promoting teachers’ three dimension ability structures and effective integrating the chemical pharmaceutical discipline. The results indicated that the mode,on the one hand,could promote the self learning improvement,self charging progress and self training promotion in the process of“teaching”for teachers,at the same time could effectively facilitate students to continu-ously acquire new knowledge,improve the comprehensive quality and cultivate the innovative ability in the process of“learning”. It is a new teaching mode of mutual interaction between teachers and students, which benefits teachers as well as students. The mode can facilitate achieving the innovation education purpose of lifelong learning for teachers and students to obtain new knowledge and mutual improvement, and will also provide the beneficial guidance for other disciplines.
