摘  要:如何使学生在短时间内、在有限的实验条件下掌握基因工程相关实验操作技能,更好地理解和应用基因工程理论,成为教师关注的问题。总结国内外基因工程实验课程开设的方式,分析各种方式的特点,在此基础上提出目标明确的大学生自主设计的实验开设方式,这可能是当前实验条件下较理想的方式。此方式应用于为北京中医药大学国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地三届学生开设的基因工程制药课程的实验课中,取得良好的效果。目标明确的大学生自主设计实验开设方式,不仅为相关院校基因工程课程实验开设提供借鉴,也为其他课程优化实验课教学提供有益的参考。How to guide the undergraduates to master the key genetic engineering experimental skills in a short period of time and under the limited experimental conditions is the problem that most of related teachers have concerned. This paper summarized the genetic engineering laboratory class teaching methods for undergraduates in China and abroad. The characteristics of various ways were analyzed. On this basis, the authors puts forward a new model that the teacher provides a target and the students design an experi-ment plan to make it. This method was applied to the genetic engineering experimental course for the students in the National Life Science and Technology Talents Training Base of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine three times and achieved good results. The objective of this paper is to introduce this method to the experimental teaching teachers and it will also provide useful reference for other courses to optimize the experimental teaching.
