新形势下高校领导体制现状分析及对策思考

摘　　要：党委领导下的校长负责制作为我国高校现行领导体制,在坚持社会主义办学方向、培养合格建设者和可靠接班人等方面发挥了巨大作用。当前,高校面临许多新情况、新问题,改革发展稳定任务繁重。针对高校领导体制在实际执行中出现的理解不透、规定不细、职责不明、宣传不够等问题进行深入分析,从科学选人、确权定责、完善机制和引导教育等方面,就新形势下高校如何更好地坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制提出对策建议。The President Responsibility system under the leadership of party committees is the current leadership system of colleges and Universities in China. It has played a huge role in adhering to the socialist direction of run-ning a school and cultivates qualified builders and reliable successors. Aiming at the problems like no detailed pro-visions,unclear responsibilities,lack of publicity and other issues in leading system of colleges and universities,this paper propounded the sound countermeasures and suggestions on how to better adhere to and improve the President responsibility system under the leadership of Party committee in the new situation.
