摘 要:尽管乳腺癌的靶向治疗取得了巨大的进步,人们仍在寻找新的生物标志物来预测疗效、指导治疗。肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocytes,TILs)是浸润在肿瘤组织及其周围的淋巴细胞,其受到肿瘤表面抗原的刺激而被激活。免疫组化是研究TILs的最常用方法。新辅助治疗的微环境能用来评估新疗法的疗效。TILs作为反应机体对肿瘤免疫应答的标志,能预测新辅助化疗的疗效。此外,TILs还能预测乳腺癌患者的预后。相信未来将有越来越多的研究来评估TILs的预测价值。本文就T1Ls在乳腺癌新辅助化疗及预后中的意义作一综述。Despite the progress of targeted therapies in patients with breast cancer, there is still an unmet need for additional biomarkers that could predict the effect and guide therapy. Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are lymphocytes that infiltrated in tumor and peripheral tissues. They are activated by the stimulation of tumor surface antigen. Most methods currently used to detect TILs are based on immunohistochemistry. The neoadjuvant setting is used to assess the efficacy of new therapies. TILs are promising as a biomarker reflecting the immune response to tumor and then to predict outcome of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. On the other hand, the presence of TILs is associated with prognosis in patients with breast cancer. In the future, more and more studies will be investigated on the predictive effects of TILs in the treatment of breast cancer. This review summaries current knowledge on the predictive and prognostic significance of TILs in patients with breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
