摘　　要：高职院校院系两级管理模式是为适应新的教育环境,促进自身更好发展的重要方式,是合理配置和利用教育资源的一种有效途径。可以促使系部充分调动自身积极性,提升管理水平和教学质量。但在实施过程中,院系两级管理改革要涉及许多问题,如何使院系两级管理模式能够顺利地实现,是改革与实施过程的主要问题。Faculty in higher vocational colleges management mode is to adapt to the new education environment, an important way to promote the better development, is one of the rational use of education resources configuration and effective way. Can make department fully mobilize their enthusiasm, improve the management level and teaching quality. But in the process of implementation, department management reform involves many problems; how to make the department two-level management model can be implemented smoothly, is the main problem of the reform and the implementation process.
