摘  要:价值观教育是思想政治教育课程的重要内容。当前思想政治教育课程的课堂存在课堂教学组织形式单一,内容枯燥,课时少与要求多的矛盾。引入团体动力学理论,应用到价值观教育的课堂教学中,转换教师领导者和学生成员之间的关系,结合"翻转课堂"、价值观辩论等教学组织形式,使课堂教学气氛变得活跃、有生机,更能促进大学生将价值观教育的课堂教学成果内化为自身心理认同和外化为行为指导,为传统思想政治教育课堂教学的学习提出了指导意见。Values education is an important part of the ideological and political education curriculum. There are contradictions in the current ideological and political education courses classroom, such as a single form of classroom teaching organization, content boring, less time and more requirements. Applied group dynamics theory into the classroom teaching of values education, changing the relationship between teachers and student, combined with "flipped classroom", the values debate and other organizational form of teaching, makes classroom teaching atmosphere become active and lively, more can promote college students values education in the classroom teaching achievement internalization for their own psychological identity and behavior guidance, to put forward guiding opinions for traditional ideological and political education in classroom teaching.
