摘　　要：近40年的改革开放使得中国乡村和城市单位这两大"熟人社会"趋于解体,带来生活的碎片化和"原子化的个体",这容易导致冷漠与暴戾。因此,人们呼唤着社会友善,友善是在人际交往和公共生活中呈现出来的,需要生活共同体的支撑,社会友善构建的重要方面就是重建良好的生活共同体和公共空间。具体路径有:在城市化进程中注重人的尊严,关注人的精神存在;通过对话来构建理性、平和的公共舆论空间以弥合社会撕裂,促进社会团结;促进和引导社会组织建设,重建生活共同体;延伸高校服务缓解失业大学生的精神焦虑,重建其家园感。The last four decades of reform and opening up has caused the loss of the＂Acquaintance Society＂in the rural and urban areas of China. More consequences of it are the emergence of fragmentation of people＇s life and＂atomized individuals＂,which is highly potential to make people indifferent and ruthless. Therefore,social kindness is in urgent need by the people. Supported by social communities,social kindness will be created via social network and public life. So sound social communities and public life should be rebuilt to this end. Specific measures to achieve it are listed below： to attach importance to integrity and spirits of people during the urbanization; to build rational and peaceful environment for public speech via dialogues; and in doing so,to make up social breakups,contribute to social unity,promote and guide constructions of society and organizations and rebuild social communities,extending psychological consult service in colleges and universities to alleviate the stress of unemployed graduates,and helping them to reconnect the society.
