论负碳—生态文明之“真善美”的统一

摘　　要：相对于低碳、零碳经济而言,负碳经济的产生或将引发一场全球范围内应对气候变化和生态环境恶化的新革命。负碳经济的本质是一种生态经济,其本身是生态伦理的一种实践形式,已在我国广东及西部沙漠地区展开试点。负碳经济的运行、负碳—生态文明的发展是"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"发展理念的全面落实,从根本上体现了人类活动追求合规律性与合目的性的统一,达成人类对社会的真、善、美的最高追求。Compared to low-carbon economy and zero-carbon economy,negative-carbon economy will lead to a new revolution coping with climate change and the deterioration of the ecological environment in global scope.The nature of negative-carbon economy is a kind of ecological economy and a form of practice of ecological ethics.Negative-carbon economy has been put into practice in Guangdong and western desert. The development of negative-carbon economy and negative-carbon ecological civilization is the practice of the idea ＂innovation,harmony,green,open,sharing＂and fundamentally reflects the human pursuit of the unification of regularity and purpose,which will lead to the truth,kindness and beauty of human society.
