摘　　要：培养大学生的实践能力是国内外日益激烈的趋势。该文从实际出发,通过校企深度合作,以生物技术专业核心技能培养为主要目标,打破传统的教学计划,构建新型"一体化、多层次、开放式"的基础与专业相结合的教学体系,满足现代职业教育要求,整体提升该校生物技术人才培养质量和社会服务能力。The training of College Students’ practical ability is an increasingly fierce trend at home and abroad.This article embarksfrom the reality,through the depth of cooperation between colleges and enterprises,take biotechnology specialty core sk ills trainingteaching system as the main goal, to break the traditional teaching plan and constructing new basic and professional combinedteachingsystem which is integration,multi-level and open,to meet the modern vocational education,and improve the quality and social serviceability of the biological and technical personnel in our university.
