摘 要:为减小煤层底板水害的注浆工作量,提高经济效益,提出基于构造应力法的优化注浆区域方法。以往的注浆方法存在过度注浆或注浆不够而达不到防治水害的目的。运用微分几何知识,并采用离散化方法,计算隔水层的构造应力,进而计算出拉应力;实验测出单向水压条件下隔水岩层的极限抗拉强度,留取一定的安全系数,作为划定注浆区域的临界值;计算出的构造拉应力若大于该值,需要注浆,小于该值不需要注浆。以龙王庄煤矿1114与1111工作面底板注浆工程为例进行对比结果可知,工程量下降了70.8%,经济效益提高了71%,该方法具有一定的工程应用意义。In order to reduce grouting amount of floor water disasters and improve economic benefits, regionaltectonic stress to optimize grouting area method is proposed. Previous excessive grouting or grouting insufficientmethods cannot meet the purpose of the prevention and control of water disasters. Using the differential geometryknowledge and the discretization method, the tectonic stress of water-resisting layer and the tensile stresswere calculated. Under condition of experiment measure of unidirectional water pressure, ultimate tensilestrength of water proof rock stratum, a certain safety coefficient is gotten, as a designated area of the groutingstandard. The calculated tensile stress of the structure is larger than that of the value, and need to be injectedand vice versa. Compared with project of Longwangzhuang coal mine 1114 working face and 1111 workingface, engineering quantity fell by 70. 8 % and the economic benefit increased by 7 1 % . This method has a certainengineering significance.
