2014年潍坊市青少年健康素养现况及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的对潍坊市青少年健康素养水平进行调查分析,以了解影响青少年健康素养水平的主要因素,为制定健康教育政策、干预措施等提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选取研究对象,利用统一标准问卷对研究对象进行问卷调查。采用Epidata3.02录入调查问卷的数据,使用SPSS 21.0进行统计数据分析。结果潍坊市青少年健康素养总水平为12.2%。健康基本知识素养水平为18.8%,健康生活方式素养水平为27.4%,健康基本技能素养水平为44.3%。在问卷设计的各类与青少年健康素养水平有关的因素中,学生的年级、家庭居住地、学习成绩及父母的职业和文化程度等均有统计学意义,而不同性别的学生健康素养水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论潍坊市青少年健康素养总体水平已达到2015年全国居民健康素养水平达到12%(东部地区)的规划目标,基本技能相对较高,健康基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为两个方面相对较低。学生的年级、家庭居住地、学习成绩及父母的职业和文化程度等与青少年健康素养水平相关。Objective To know the main influence factors of health literacy level of teenagers by investigating the health literacy level of teenagers in Weifang and provide scientific basis for making the health education policies and intervention measures. Methods The research objects were selected by the cluster and random sampling method, and were surveyed by the unified questionnaire, and the data of questionnaires were recorded by the Epidata3.02, and the statistical data were analyzed by SPSS21.0. Results The total level of health literacy of teenagers in Weifang was 12.2%, the health basic knowledge literacy level was 18.8%, health lifestyle literacy level was 27.4%, health basic skill literacy level was 44.3%, and he differences in the grades of students, family residence, academic record and occupation and educational degree of parents had statistical significance, but the difference in the health literacy level of students of different genders had no statistical significance, P〉0.05. Conclusion The total level of health literacy of teenagers in Weifang has reached the planned aim of12% that was the national resident health literacy level in 2015（eastern region）, and the basic skill is relatively high, but the health basic knowledge and notion and healthy lifestyle are relatively low, and the grade of students, family residence,academic record and occupation and educational degree of parents are related to the health literacy level of teenagers.
