摘 要:目的对门诊健康教育在提升门诊就诊患者满意度的应用效果进行分析。方法取门诊收治的536例患者进行研究,未采取门诊健康教育的268例纳入对照组,通过门诊健康教育方式的268例纳入观察组,对两组患者就诊满意度进行比较。结果对照组、观察组患者满意度比较,医疗费用、就诊环境方面,两组患者满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者在医生技能、服务态度、就诊时间、治疗效果、方便程度与服务项目等满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊健康教育,对增加患者就诊满意度可发挥重要作用,应在实践中进行推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of out-patient health education on the treatment satisfactory degree of patients. Methods 536 cases of patients admitted and treated in the out-patient department were researched, and 268 cases of patients without out-patient health education were selected as the control group, and 268 cases of patients with out-patient health education were selected as the observation group, and the treatment satisfactory degree was compared between the two groups. Results There was no obvious differences in the satisfactory degrees of medical costs and treatment environment between the two groups without statistical significance, P〉0.05, and the differences in the doctor's skill, service attitude, treatment time, treatment effect, convenience degree and service project were obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The out-patient health education is of important significance to increasing the treatment satisfactory degree of patients, which should be promoted in practice.
