不同分子分型老年性乳腺癌的个体化治疗及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同分子亚型老年乳腺癌患者的个体化治疗情况及预后。方法:回顾性分析87例老年乳腺癌患者(≥65岁)的临床病理学特征、治疗方案、复发转移及生存情况。结果:根据最新分子分型标准,luminal型老年乳腺癌比例最高,三阴性和HER-2过表达型远处转移率要高于luminal A型和luminal B型。结论:老年乳腺癌患者具有特殊的临床特征,需根据不同分子分型进行个体化治疗,使老年乳腺癌患者最大受益。Objective:To analyze the individualized treatment and prognosis of breast cancer with different molecular subtypes in the elderly.Methods:Data of 87 patients agedgreater than 65 years old for primary breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed,about their clinical pathological features、therapies、recurrence and metastasis、overall survival.Results:According to the latest molecular classification,t he subtype of luminal senile breast cancer made a hightest proportion,while the distant metastasis rate of HER-2 overexpressing subtype and triple negative subtype are higer than luminal A and luminal B subtype.Conclusion:Breast cancer in elderly wo men have special clinical features,they will benefit most with individualized treatment according to the different molecular subtypes.
