摘  要:结合功能材料专业实验教学需求和当前的科研工作,以锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁锂的水热合成过程为研究对象,设计了包含材料制备、表征、性能测试等多个基础实验环节的专业综合型实验。其特点是:指导学生完成材料合成过程中系列样品的取样点的设计,有利于学生形成科学的研究思路;对系列样品进行晶体结构与形貌的比较与分析,强化了材料科学基础理论的应用教学。该实验课程突出强调了培养学生观察、思考、分析和解决问题的能力,使学生充分了解了科学研究的基本步骤和方法。该实验简单实用的取样设计、综合的分析方法,对于其它功能材料的研究与教学同样具有参考价值。Along with combining the research topic and the experimental teaching of functional material ,the comprehensive practical course was designed,including basic procedures like sample preparation, characterization and performance testing etc. Lithium iron phosphate,the positive electrode material prepared by hydrothermal synthesis for lithium ion battery,will be used as the object throughout the course. The feature of this scheme is that the students will be asked to design sampling points of a series sample,which will be help to achieve the systematic scientific research methodology. Structures and morphologies of a series of samples will be analyzed and compared,which will enhance the ability of applying the basic theories of material science into practical. The synthetic experimental course high-lights the development of the ability of observing the experiments, thinking,and analyzing and solving problems which is helpful for the students to realize effectively the basic procedure and method of scientific research. The method of simple,practical sampling and the method of comprehensive analysis also have references to the other functional material research and teaching.
