摘　　要：细胞分裂是生物生长和繁殖的基础,也是理解生物遗传和变异的钥匙。细胞分裂异常是人类肿瘤和不孕不育的重要原因之一。针对细胞分裂实验教学存在的一些不足,以启迪探索和传播理念为导向,对其教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和考核方式进行了改革,在激发学生学习兴趣和启迪如何围绕问题进行科学探索的同时,传播健康和优生理念,引导学生学以致用并养成良好的生活习惯,为培养高素质创新人才和优生教育做贡献。Cell division is not only the basis of biological growth and reproduction,but also the key to understand the heredity and variation. Abnormal cell division is one of the important reasons of human tumors and infertility. Aiming at some problems in the experimental teaching of cell division and orienting by inspiration exploration and dissemination of ideas,the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and assessment methods were reformed in order to stimulate learning interest and inspire scientific exploration for students. At the same time,health and eugenics philosophy had been disseminated to guide the students to apply what they have learnt and develop good habits. Those reforms will contribute to the cultivation of high quality innovative talents and the education of eugenic.
