浅议激励理论在高校实验室学生管理中的应用

摘　　要：以国际通行的三大类激励理论为主要依据,并借鉴公司管理中的一些激励措施,结合高校实验室学生管理的经验,针对学生实验管理中存在的问题,考虑学生个体差异因素,提出了高校实验室学生管理中常用的五大激励措施,以期提高学生自动自发地参与实验,在实验室管理与培养学生之间建立起良好的机制,为学生全面素质的培养发挥重要的作用。Based on internationally accepted motivation theories and management-incentive experience from company management and university laboratory management,five student- incentive methods are brought forward in this article in order to solve the problems in university laboratory management. Considering students' individual situation,different student- incentive method should be applied to improve student participating enthusiasm,initiative and creativity and to improve laboratory management and efficiency. Appropriate student-incentive method was researched to build a good mechanism between laboratory management and student training for the purpose of raising the overall quality of students.
