摘　　要：完善法人治理结构是高校内部治理的重要内容,文章通过对传统管理模式下国有资产管理存在问题的分析,提出了在法人治理结构下,高校国有资产管理需要突破管理部门行政权和监督权之间的配置,从而提高资产管理能力。Improving the Corporate governance structure is an important part of internal governance of universities. This paper first analyzes the existing problems of the management of state - owned assets under the traditional management mode and proposes that a breakthrough should be made in the allocation between the administrative powers and superintendence of administration sections in universities,manage-ment of state - owned assets in order to improve the assets management ability.
