摘  要:目的探讨创伤对机体脂质过氧化及抗氧化能力的影响。方法选择普通级新西兰兔11只采集血样,采集后双侧耳缘小静脉反复穿刺,隔日1次,连续2—3次,建成创伤模型后采集血样,检测建模前后2组血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)指标,并予以统计分析。结果 MDA:A组(3.048±1.259)nmol/L,B组(3.251±1.695)nmol/L,A组水平低于B组;T-SOD:A组(384.314±50.122)U/m L,B组(348.942±45.852)U/m L,A组水平高于B组;CAT:A组(6.121±4.097)U/m L,B组(4.563±2.223)U/m L,A组水平高于B组;GSH-Px:A组(377.808±72.726)U/m L,B组(349.942±54.021)U/m L,A组水平高于B组;T-AOC:A组(5.537±2.128)U/m L,B组(4.633±2.074)U/m L,A组水平高于B组;组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论创伤对机体脂质过氧化及抗氧化能力具有一定影响,但无显著性影响。Objective To study the influences of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity of organism for traumatic. Method Choose 11 new zealand rabbits on ordinary level were collected blood samples, bilateral ear edge venules repeated puncture after collecting, every other day, 2--3 times in a row, form animal model of trauma, blood samples were taken after the completion of the animal model, to detection serum malondialdehyde ( MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) , hydrogen peroxide enzyme (CAT) , glutathione oxidation reductase ( GSH- Px) , total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) of the two groups before and after the build animal model, and be statistical analysis. Result MDA : A group ( 3. 048 ± 1. 259), B group (3. 251 ± 1. 695), Group A less than in group 13 ;T-SOD: A group (384. 314±50. 122), B group (348. 942± 45. 852), A group higher than group B; CAT:A group (6. 121 ±4. 097 ), B group (4. 563 ±2. 223 ), A group higher than group B ; GSH-Px : A group (377. 808 ±72. 726) ,B group (349. 942 ±54. 021 ), A group higher than group B;T-AOC:A group (5. 537± 2. 128), B group (4. 633 ± 2. 074), A group higher than group B;there were no statistically significant difference between the groups(P 〉0.05). Conclusion There was certain influence to the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity of organism for trauma ,and there was no significant influence.
