双重染色内镜联合检测MG7-Ag抗原对胃癌早期诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨双重染色内镜联合检测MG7-Ag抗原对胃癌早期诊断的意义。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月间因上消化道症状在湖北省宜昌市三峡大学仁和医院就诊的106例患者,患者均接受普通内镜和双重染色内镜检查,根据检测结果分为浅表性胃炎组(35例)、胃溃疡组(33例)、萎缩性胃炎组(20例)和胃癌组(18例),比较各组患者血清MG7-Ag的水平。结果胃癌组患者血清MG7-Ag水平和阳性率明显高于浅表性胃炎组、胃溃疡组和萎缩性胃炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。萎缩性胃炎组患者血清MG7-Ag水平和阳性率明显高于浅表性胃炎组、胃溃疡组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双重染色内镜联合检测血清MG7-Ag对提高胃癌早期诊断有重要意义。Objective To investigate the significance of chromoendoscopy with a double dye staining technique combined with the detection of antigen MG7-Ag for the early detection of gastric cancer.Methods The study selected 106 patients who visited Renhe Hospital for upper digestive tract symptoms from January 2014 to June 2015. All the patients were detected by both common endoscopy and chromoendoscopy with a double dye staining technique. According to the detection results,the patients were classified into superficial gastritis group（ n = 35）,gastric ulcer group（ n = 33）,atrophic gastritis group（ n = 20）and gastric cancer group（ n = 18）. The levels of serum MG7-Ag in each group were compared. Results The levels of serum MG7-Ag and positive rate in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that of superficial gastritis,gastric ulcer and atrophic gastritis groups,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）; and the levels of serum MG7-Ag and positive rate in atrophy gastritis group was significantly higher than that of superficial gastritis and gastric ulcer groups,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Chromoendoscopy with a double dye staining technique combined with the detection of antigen MG7-Ag is beneficial in improving the early diagnosis rate of gastric cancer.
