解郁丸联合匹维溴铵治疗伴精神症状腹泻型肠易激综合征等效性随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察解郁丸联合匹维溴铵治疗伴精神症状的腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]使用等效性随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,1片/次,2次/d,口服;匹维溴铵,50mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组30例解郁丸,4g/次,3次/d,口服;匹维溴铵,50mg/次,3次/d,口服。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、心理状况、生活质量、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]IBS-SSS、IBS-QOL、焦虑、抑郁两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]解郁丸联合匹维溴铵治疗伴精神症状的腹泻型肠易激综合征与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合匹维溴铵治疗具有等效性,不良反应发生率低,具有更好的安全性。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jieyuwan combined with pinaverium bromide on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） with psychiatric symptoms. [Method] Using equivalent random parallel control method, 60 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method. The control group （n=30） were given oral flupentixol and melitracen （1 tablet, twice a day） combined with pinaverium bromide （50mg, three times a day）. The treatment group （n=30） were given oral jieyuwan （4g, three times a day） combined with pinaverium bromide （50mg, three times a day）. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms, psychiatric symptom, quality of life and adverse reaction were observed. The curative effect was evaluated after one course （4 weeks） of treatment. [Result] The score of IBS-SSS, IBS-QOL, anxiety and depression were no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Jieyuwan combined with pinaverium bromide has an equivalently effects on improving psychiatric symptoms of IBS compared with flupentixol and melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide, and may also have the advantage of fewer adverse reactions and better security.
