益气通络汤联合西药治疗面神经炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气通络汤联合西药治疗面神经炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将116例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组58例甲钴胺,0.5mg/次,2次/d;银杏叶提取物片,40mg/次,3次/d;泼尼松,5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组58例益气通络汤(地龙、羌活各12g,菟丝子5g,杜仲6g,白附子10g,全蝎6g,僵蚕15g,天南星、制半夏各12g,蜈蚣4g,细辛12g,白芷、肉桂各10g,黄芪12g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率93.10%。对照组显效21例,有效25例,无效12例,总有效率79.31%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气通络汤联合西药治疗面神经炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe YQTLT combined with western medicine faces. [Methods] Randomized, parallel controlled method, 116 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple. 58 cases in the control group mecobalamin, 0.5 mg/times, 2 times/d; ginaton, 40 mg/time, 3 times/d; prednisone, 5mg/times, 1 times/d. The treatment group 58 cases YQTLT （Dilong,Qianghuozi each 12g, Tusizi 5g, Duzhong 6g, Baifuzi 10g, Quanxie 6g, Jiangcan 15g, Tiannanxing, Zhibanxia each 12g, Wugong 4g, Xixin 12g, Baizhi,Rougui 10g, Huangqi 12g）, 1 ji/d, decoction 300 mL, sooner or later, oral, 150mL/second; western medicine with the control group. 14d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The treatment group 24 cases, effective 30 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 93.10%. The control group 21 cases markedly effective in 25 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 79.31%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] YQTLT combined western medicine facial neuritis results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, is worth promoting.
