艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗结肠癌-双侧卵巢癌术后3年复发1例报告

摘　　要：报告1例艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗结肠癌、双侧卵巢癌术后3年复发,延长生存时间。结肠癌、卵巢癌术后3年复发。时有头晕、周身乏力不适症状,浅表淋巴结无肿大,舌质淡,苔白,脉细弱。盆腔CT:降结肠下端见肠管环形增厚,管腔变窄,右侧卵巢区见不规则团块样高密度阴影,最大层面大小约为9.1×9.2cm,CT值为45HU,与子宫前部连接紧密,病灶左侧缘见不规则软组织影,密度不均,内见更低密度区,病灶边缘与乙状结肠紧密相连,分界不清,腹腔内未见肿大淋巴结。肿瘤标记物增高,左侧卵巢肿物较大,范围不清,体质虚弱,贫血明显,不能耐受手术,化疗(紫杉醇、吉西他滨、奥沙利铂)2周/次,5个疗程;艾迪注射液60m L+0.9%氯化钠250m L,1次/d静滴,每个化疗均参与。患者病情较入院前明显好转,常规出院,继续放疗。艾迪注射液具有增强机体免疫力,提高机体适应性等作用,联合化疗药物使用具有增效减毒作用,改善生存质量,延长生存时间。A case report Addie Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. Colon cancer, ovarian cancer recurrence after 3 years. When dizziness, aches and fatigue symptoms, superficial lymph node enlargement, pale, white fur, weak pulse. Pelvic CT Tip： see the lower end of the descending colon intestine circular thickening, luminal narrowing, fight ovary area with irregular masslike shadow of high density, the maximum level is about the size of 9.1 × 9.2cm size, CT value 45HU, and uterus closely connected to the front, left side edge of the lesion with irregular soft tissue, uneven density, within which see more low-density areas, edge of the lesion and the sigmoid colon are closely linked, unclear boundaries, no enlarged lymph nodes in the abdominal cavity. Tumor markers increased, large left ovarian tumor, the scope is unclear, physical weakness, anemia obviously, can not tolerate surgery, chemotherapy two weeks/times, five courses; addie Injection 60mL＋0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL, 1/d intravenously, each chemotherapy are involved. Previous admission, the patient＇s condition improved markedly, conventional discharged radiotherapy. Aidi injection with enhanced immunity, improve the body＇s adaptability, while the combined use of chemotherapy drugs have a synergistic effect attenuated, improve quality of life, survival time delay.
