摘　　要：2016年上半年国内稻谷供应总体充裕,进口量创近年新高,需求平稳略增,国内稻米价格除苏皖地区之外总体稳中上扬。在国家政策的支持下,预计2016年下半年3种稻谷均可能启动最低收购价政策顸案,稻米价格将窄幅波动。国际市场出口供应充裕,进口大米价格低于国产大米价格,预计全年大米进口量仍将保持高位。In the first half of 2016,domestic rice supply was sufficient in China.Rice import broke the record in recent years while domestic rice consumption increased slightly.Domestic rice market prices kept rising stably in general except in Jiangsu and Anhui province.As to the second half year,three varieties of paddy will all probably be started ＂the minimum purchase price＂ with the support of national policy,and rice price will fluctuate in a narrow range in 2016.Rice supply in international market will be ample,the price of imported rice will be lower than domestic rice price,and rice import is expected to remain high level.
