我国校园足球资源困境与公私合作——基于多重制度逻辑视角

摘　　要：为促进我国校园足球持续健康发展,对当前面临的资源困境及缓解机制进行研究。基于多重制度逻辑的理论框架,认为我国校园足球在当今制度情境下面临着相互冲突的多重制度逻辑,主要包括政府逻辑、市场逻辑与家庭的逻辑,当前存在的资源困境则是由于政府单一逻辑主导的资源配置机制与校园足球所处的多重制度逻辑的不协调所造成的。具有"混合组织"特性的公私合作模式,能够创造性地整合多重制度逻辑,进而从治理结构、资源配置主体及方式等层面阐述我国校园足球采用公私合作模式进行资源配置的基本策略,以期缓解资源瓶颈。In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the campus football in China,the current resources dilemma and the relief mechanism were studied. Based on the theoretical framework of multiple institutional logics,it is considered that the campus football is confronted with multiple institutional logic,which mainly involved the state logic,market logic and family logic. The existing resource dilemma is due to the conflict between the resources allocation mechanism of government administration and the multiple institutional logics. Multi- institutional logic conflict is the cause of institutional innovation,and the public and private partnership mode,which can creatively integrate multiple institutional logics,can effectively alleviate the resource dilemma. From the aspects of governance structure,the main body of resources allocation and the way,we expounded some basic strategies about the implementation of public private partnership in the campus football to ease the bottleneck of resources.
