摘　　要：阳郁体质是由于长期玄府闭塞或五志过极等因素致使阳气不得行散郁闭于内,郁而化火而形成的。患者以身材较瘦者居多,性格易烦躁、咽喉易红肿疼痛为主要表现。阳郁体质的判定主要从总体特征、形体特征、常见表现、心理特征、发病倾向、对外界适应能力以及判定量表等几个方面进行。Yang Stagnation TCM constitution is resulted of long occlusion of sweat pore or extreme Five Emotions or other factors and then pathological physical Fire is produced. Most patients are thin in figure, easily to be irritated, and frequently suffer from swelling and painful throat. Yang Stagnation TCM Constitution is determined mainly from the aspects such as the general physical characteristics, figure characteristics, common symptoms, psychological characteristics, morbidity tendency, and the ability to adapt to the surroundings, etc.
