摘  要:贵州近代社会教育发端于晚清。抗日战争时期,贵州作为西南大后方的中心,国民政府面对苗汉等多民族杂处、民族文化多元和社会教育相对滞后的现实,鉴于社会教育作为面向全体民众的教育,在凝聚民心、实现现代性国家的政治和社会理想中起着至关重要的作用。此时,国民政府力图通过推进贵州社会教育,进而推动贵州各民族对抗战重要性和民族国家的体认,以保证战时社会动员目标的实现。故战时贵州各类社会教育机构、社会教育经费等较以往均有增加,这在一定程度上推动了贵州社会教育的发展。然而,贵州在社会教育推进中的问题也制约着其教育功能的发挥。The modem education in Guizhou started in the late Qing dynasty. During Anti -Japanese War, Guizhou Province became the center for the rear area of southwest. Facing the situation in which the Miao and Han lived together, diverse ethnic culture and the underdeveloped social education, and in view of the fact that social education is the education for all people, the Kuomintang government played an important role in uniting the people and realizing the goal of politics and society for modern nation. Meanwhile, the Kuomintang government attempted to make people of all ethnic groups recognize the importance of anti - Japanese war and nation state by promoting the development of Guizhou social education, which will help to mobilize the force from all social circles. There- fore, the various social education institutions and the education fund all increased, which, to an extent, promoted the development of Guizhou Social education. However, the problems existing in Guizhou social education restrain- ed its education from giving its full play.
