摘　　要：随着信息时代的发展,高职院科技人才的主力军高职院教师正面临着严峻的挑战:颇具个性的学生队伍,日益增多的教学工作,日新月异的教学建设,劳心劳力的科研任务以及种类繁多的教学评价。面对这样的挑战,高职院教师如何能够不忘初心,保持对工作的热爱是我们值得深思的问题。With the development of the information era,the main force of Institute of science and technology in Higher Vocational Talents in higher vocational college teachers are faced with severe challenges：a personal team of students,increasing the teaching work,change rapidly teaching construction of dedicated research tasks and many kinds of teaching evaluation.In the face of such challenges,how can teachers in higher vocational colleges can not forget the beginning of the heart,to keep the love of work is the problem we deserve.
