摘　　要：目的探讨文职人员参加"跨越-2015·三界B"演练任务的体验,为更好发挥文职人员在大型演练及野战救治训练中的作用提供参考。方法采用质性研究中Van Manen的诠释现象学理论研究法,对参加"跨越-2015·三界B"演练任务的12名文职护士进行深入访谈,并采用Colaizzi的7步分析法分析资料,形成主题。结果共提炼出6个主题:使命与责任、荣誉感、团队意识、价值体现、专业训练、困难应对。结论应进一步从重视参演前心理调适、强化战救知识和技能培训、加强军事医学教育、关注外军文职人员培训动态等方面入手,提高文职人员对军事演练等卫勤保障任务的适应能力和工作效能。Objective To explore the experiences of civilian nurses in the “across -2015？ SanjieB ” exer-cise task, to provide the reference for better playing the role of civilian nurses in large -scale exercises and field training in the future.Methods Unstructured interviews were performed to 12 civilian nurses who took part in the“across -2015？ SanjieB” exercise task by the phenomenological method qualitatively of VanManen .The collected da-ta were analyzed using Colaizzi ＆#39;s 7 step method so as to work out themes .Results The analysis pointed out six themes： responsibility and mission, sense of honor, team spirit, value embodiment, professional training, replying difficulty.Conclusion Pay attention to psychological adjustment before participation , strengthen the knowledge and skills training of battle rescue, strengthen the military medical education , and focus on foreign civilian nurses ＆#39;train-ing in order to improve civilian nurses＆#39;adaptive capacity and working efficiency in military exercises and other medi -cal support mission.
