摘　　要：分析了18Cr2Ni4WA钢销轴断裂失效的原因,认为在零件材料中存在较多较大尺寸的氧化物夹杂,是导致零件断裂的主要原因;在残余内应力及外加载荷的共同作用下,在夹杂物处因应力集中而形成裂纹并扩展,导致零件迅速断裂.It has been researched the cause for 18Cr2NiWA steel axis pin falling into abeyance in this paper. The main cause of leading the parts to fracture was considered for that. There be many larger size oxide inclusion in the part's material. Because of stress concentration near the inclusion, crack core was formed and expanded under the combined action of remaining internal stress and impressed load, which lead the parts to fracture quickly.
