摘  要:背景神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)的治疗,因其不仅受神经损伤的影响,还受损伤相关的二次损伤影响,成为世界性难题。组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(histone deacetylase inhibitor,HDACI)被临床证实具有稳定情绪的作用,亦与神经保护及抗炎作用有关,但HDACI的具体作用机制目前尚不很清楚。目的探讨组蛋白乙酰化/去乙酰化在NP中的作用机制。内容对HDACI在NP中的作用及临床应用问题进行综述,重点讨论HDACI的神经保护作用及抗炎作用。趋向HDACI在治疗NP疾病中具有较好的前景。但是,HDACI发挥神经保护及神经生长作用的机制尚有待进一步研究。Background It is difficult to treat neuropathic pain (NP), because it is not only affected by nerve damage, but also affected by the secondary damage related to the injury. It has been clinically shown that histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACI) have the function of emotion stabilization, and are related to the neuroprotection and anti-inflammation. However, the specific mechanism of HDACI is not clear. Objective , To explore the mechanism of histone acetylation/deaeetylase in NP. Content This article reviewed the effect of HDACI in NP and its clinical application, Especially, its neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects were emphasized. Trend HDACI has a great potential in the treatment of NP. However, The further researchs are still needed to prove the mechanism of HDACI in nerve protection and growth.
