E-cadherin对晚期食管癌化疗有效性的预测作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察研究E-cadherin对晚期食管癌化疗有效性的预测作用。方法回顾性分析41例接受化疗的晚期食管癌患者,免疫组化方法检测患者肿瘤组织E-cadherin的表达,分析患者临床病理特征及对化疗的有效性,比较E-cadherin表达与食管癌化疗有效性的关系。结果 41例食管癌患者E-cadherin阳性20例(48.8%),化疗完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、稳定(SD)和进展(PD)的病人分别为2例(4.9%)、24例(58.5%)、11例(26.8%)和4例(9.8%),总有效率63.4%,总控制率90.2%。E-cadherin阴性表达较阳性表达,化疗有效率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论食管癌组织E-cadherin阴性表达的患者化疗有效率明显下降,E-cadherin可作为化疗有效率预测的潜在指标。Objective This study was to investigate the value of E-cadherin for predicting the chemotherapy effectiveness in advanced esophageal cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 41 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma receiving chemotherapy was performed. Tumor tissues were detected the E-cadherin expression using immunohistochemical staining method. The relationships of clinical and pathological characteristics,E-cadherin expression and effectiveness of chemotherapy for esophageal cancer were analyzed. Results A total of 20 cases showed positive E-cadherin expression（ 48. 8%）. Response to chemotherapy,complete responses（ CR）,partial responses（ PR）,stable disease（ SD） and progressive disease（ PD） patients were 2（ 4. 9%）,24（ 58. 5%）,11（ 26. 8%） and 4（ 9. 8%）. The total effective rate of 63. 4% and the total control rate was 90. 2%. The response rate to chemotherapy was significantly reduced in E-cadherin negative patients than positive patients（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions E-cadherin negative expression is related with poor effectiveness of chemotherapy. E-cadherin is a potential indicator for chemotherapy efficiency in esophageal cancer.
