乳腺癌针吸细胞学诊断与病理组织学诊断对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探究乳腺癌针吸细胞学诊断与病理组织学诊断效果对比。方法:在本次研究中选择2014年1月至2016年2月贵阳中医学院第一附属医院收治的75例乳腺癌患者,按照诊断方式的差异性分为甲组和乙组,甲组38例患者,采用针吸细胞学诊断,乙组37例患者,采用病理学诊断,对整体效果进行比较分析。结果:甲组患者36例,乙组患者37例,甲组诊断率为94.7%,乙组诊断率为100%,整体效果比较明显,乙组的检查效果明显优于甲组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者进行诊断的过程中,组织学准确率高于针吸细胞学,但针吸细胞学对乳腺诊断具有接近组织学诊断的准确率,同时具有快速、便捷、微创、经济等优点。Objective To explore the needle aspiration cytology in the diagnosis of breast cancer compared with pathologic histology diagnosis effect. Methods 75 cases of breast cancer patients between January 2014- February 2014, in our hospital were chosen as the research object, according to the diagnosis way divided into the first division and group b, the difference of the students＇ 38 patients, by adopting the working style of needle aspiration cytology in the diagnosis of in 37 patients with b, adopts pathology diagnosis method, the overall effect is used in the comparison analysis. Results in this study, the first division of 36 patients diagnosed with breast cancer patients, 37 cases of patients diagnosed with breast cancer, b students＇ diagnostic rate was 94.7 %, the hydrated diagnostic rate was 100 %, the overall effect is obvious, the hydrated screening effect is obviously better than the first division, comparison results difference obvious, with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the process of the diagnosis to patients with breast cancer, histology was higher than that of needle aspiration cytology, but the needle aspiration cytology in diagnosis of mammary gland has close histologic diagnosis accuracy, also has the advantages of quick, convenient, minimally invasive, economy, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
