摘 要:以能分泌大量黏多糖的三赞鞘氨醇单胞菌(S.sanxanigenens)为试验菌株,以沙土、壤土和粘土为试材,采用摇瓶发酵获得高黏度菌剂,将其稀释后喷洒于土壤表面形成一层生物结皮,研究菌剂对不同质地土壤保肥和保水能力的影响。结果表明:三赞鞘氨醇单胞菌生物结皮形成后,壤土、沙土和粘土的持水能力比对照提高67.6%、27.3%和20.7%;淋溶试验后表面有结皮的粘土铵态氮流失减少83.3%,磷肥流失减少61.1%,钾肥流失减少75.0%;生物结皮对壤土和沙土保持养分的能力也有明显提高。Taking Sphingomonas sanxanigenens which can secrete a large number of sticky polysaccharide as test strain,sand,loam and clay as test materials,the effect of bacteria agent on the fertilizer and water holding capacity of soil with different textures were studied by using shake flask fermentation for high viscosity bacteria agent to spray the diluted on the soil surface and form a layer of biological crust.The results showed that after the formation of Sphingomonas sanxanigenens biological soil crusts,water retention power in loam,sand and clay increased by 67.6%,27.3% and20.7%,respectively,compared with the control.After leaching experiment,ammonium nitrogen leaching loss reduced83.3%,phosphate fertilizer leaching loss reduced 61.1%,potassic fertilizer leaching loss reduced 75.0%in clay with biological crusts;nutrient retention ability of biological soil crusts in loam and sand also increased significantly.
