摘　　要：耶鲁大学之所以屹立于世界一流大学之列,不但是因为耶鲁精神的践行,而且归因于耶鲁精神指导下的办学战略。《耶鲁报告》《耶鲁国际化:2005-2008年战略框架》《2009-2012年国际化战略框架与行动计划》等战略方案体现耶鲁大学对"光明与真知"的不懈追求,保障耶鲁大学世界一流大学的地位。回顾耶鲁大学改革历程,学习耶鲁精神,分析其办学战略和实践,有助于我国推进世界一流大学和一流学科的建设。Yale University is standing in the list of world class universities,not only because of the Yale spirit,but also educational strategies under the guidance of the spirit. The strategies which included ＂the Yale Report＂,＂the Yale International from 2005 to2008 ＂and＂2009-2012 International Strategic Framework and action projects＂reflect the pursuit of＂light and truth＂,protect the position of Yale University to become world class university. Reviewing the reform history of Yale University,learning Yale spirit,and analyze strategies and practice,can help our country to establish the world class university and develop the first-class disciplines.
