摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代,科学和信息技术的发展渗透到高等教育领域,并带来学习方式和教学方式的变革。大学教师作为影响高等教育发展的关键性人物,在新的时代背景下面临角色转型的挑战和需要。伴随着大学履行其教学、科研、服务和引领社会职能的同时,大学教师呈现出作为教育者、学术人及社会服务者和引领者等方面的角色转型趋势。针对这些趋势,可以从教师个人、教育制度和教师文化等三个层面出发,促使教师转变教育理念,重新定位角色,推动教育回归其真正本源。In the＂Internet ＋ ＂era,the development of science and information technology has a huge impact on higher education,such as learning and teaching methods. As the key role in educational reform,university faculty members are facing the challenge and need of role transformation in the new era. While universities are fulfilling its functions of teaching、scientific research、servicing and leading society,universities faculty members’ are showing the transformation trends as educators、academics and society servers and leaders. In response to these trends,we could make change from three levels of the university faculty members、the education system and university faculty members’ culture,prompting university faculty members to change the concept of education,reposition their roles,and to promote education returning to its true origin.
