摘 要:超声内镜成像技术以的胃肠道气体干扰小、探查距离短以及组织分辨率高等优势,近年来在许多消化系统疾病诊断中发挥重要的作用。随着弹性成像技术的日趋成熟,超声内镜实时组织弹性成像技术作为一种可对组织弹性量化及可视化分析的新技术,在明确消化系统病变性质和鉴别良恶性病变等方面有望成为重要的辅助检查方法。本文对超声内镜成像实时组织弹性成像的技术原理和临床应用进行综述。Objective Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) has played an important role in the diagnosis and management of numerous digestive system diseases with the advantages of small gas interference, short detection distance and high tissue resolution in recent years. Along with development of elasticity imaging techniques, EUS real-time elastograph imaging (EUS-RTEI) is a promising technique used for the quantification and visualization of tissue elasticity, which is expected to used in identification of digestive system lesions and the differentiation of benign and malignant diseases. The technical principle and clinical applications of EUS-RTEI were briefly introduced in this paper.
